  • Guest:We chose this hotel because of the all-inclusive aspect. My husband was sceptical due to past experiences at other all-inclusive hotels/resorts, but he soon changed his mind. Upon check-in at one of the three hotels on site, we were asked if we wanted an upgrade for our two rooms. The price was right and after a short discussion, we took up the offer. The view was fabulous, looking out at the Black Sea. Not one regret for upgrading. Food at the main dining hall was fantastic with each morning, afternoon and evening offering some slight variety in the choice of food. The specialty evenings had a great selection of local cuisine. The specialty restaurants, of which there are two, left a lot to be desired. The food was underwhelming, to say the least. The pasta with pesto was oily and overcooked and the Chinese restaurant had little offerings. What made up for all this were the various stands around the entire resort that offered various meals such as a burger bar, paella bar, a German bar as well as ice cream stands, cakes and pastries, and a drinks bar. Finally, there was plenty of activities for all ages and each evening there was entertainment starting with a children's disco and then family shows. The team did an outstanding job entertaining the guests at the resort. Try to get a lounger at the pool early as it gets busy. You can only get one at the hotel you are assigned to. If they are all taken, don't despair. There is the waterslide area or just a couple of minutes walk to the beach there are also loungers you can sit at offering a beautiful view of the Black Sea. All-in-all a wonderful experience and one I would repeat in the future.
  • Guest:Child friendly. All activities nearby , only few minutes walk from beach/ aquapark and many more. Surrounded by green area and trees close to the beach. Snacks / plenty of food all day long. Very attentive to security, lifeguards at all the water activities. Manager Dennis was very helpful and answered all are questions, well organised and efficient service.
  • Guest:Nice hotel in a resort with two 4* and one 5* hotel, with large rooms, decent furniture. The food was plenty, diverse and of good quality. One pool, (the second for kids is like a bathtub), not enough as dimensions for all the people, with sunbeds crowded like seats in a cinema, half of them in shadow in the afternoon. However - the hotel is dedicated for FAMILIES - avoid it unless you have noisy kids under 8y old (which would feel great). The parents woke up at 6 am to reserve the sunbeds despite the warnings that no reservation is allowed. The beach is reserved for the 5* hotel - those from 4* have some upper terasses. Plenty of rude people and mother hen for their kids, nothing for people 20-50y old. Parking available without reservation but not very affordable.
  • Guest:The hotel is amazing, don’t get me wrong. Foods great, entertainment is questionable with the animation team enjoying stripping on stage to their underwear in front of children, one member having nothing but a hat to cover his privates. Now to address the title… Me and my friend, both 15 female have came to this hotel with my family and we really enjoyed the water slides, HOWEVER. There are three lifeguards, perhaps more we haven’t interacted with, who need some serious backround checks. When me and my friend would be in the queue for our favourite slide, the lifeguards would constantly stare at us. We found that the lifeguards were creepier towards me, yet we both felt very uncomfortable. I noticed that the lifeguards would smirk at me whilst looking up and down in areas they should not be looking. One lifeguard however was rather persistent. It started small, with him asking where we were from and my name. It then started to get a little more personal with him asking how old i am (which i told him very clearly i was 15. He clearly understood us.) After this he proceeded to ask for my instagram. After i said no, he pulled up google translate to ask for my other socials, which included but was not limited to whatsapp and facebook. By this point i had stated numerous times that i was 15 years old and was a child. The lifeguards would also hold our floatie back and not let us go, instead they would stand behind us and stare at us making us incredibly uncomfortable. Now although we have only seen ourselves be preyed upon by these lifeguards, we fear we are only one of many. On a positive note, the ice cream selection is to die for, the melon, apple and violet flavours being a must try. Overall, this hotel is very nice, however i strongly urge any parents to keep their eyes on their children when they are on the slides.
